B2B branding is often forgotten or relegated down the list of priorities. However, studies have continually shown just how important a role branding plays in even B2B decisions. Zinc Cost Management, a growing construction costing firm based out of Geelong and Melbourne approached Fluid with the challenge of developing a brand strategy and website that would attract new B2B contracts while capturing the unique personality of the firm.

Solution

Using a workshopping process backed by research from Fluid's global research insights partner, Zinc Cost Management was able to identify their key target audiences and their likely category entry triggers. By building all communications and positioning around the audiences, Zinc's leadership group was able to make decisions on their brochures, website design and brand communications quickly and confidently based on their understanding of their customers' needs.
